Effective Date: August 8, 2025
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“End User,” “you,” or “your”) and Studio W, LLC (“Studio W,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, content, and any related services or materials (collectively, the “Licensed Materials”).
By accessing or using the Licensed Materials, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Licensed Materials.
License Grant:
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Studio W grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Licensed Materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
You may not:
Use the Licensed Materials for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Licensed Materials
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Licensed Materials
Use the Licensed Materials in any manner that violates applicable laws or this Agreement
Eligibility,
You must be at least 18 years old to access our website.
You must be at least 21 years old to use or purchase our services.
By using the Licensed Materials, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Ownership,
The Licensed Materials are owned by Studio W, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Termination,
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Licensed Materials and delete any copies you may have made.
Disclaimers,
The Licensed Materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability,
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio W, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Governing Law,
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
Entire Agreement,
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Studio W, LLC regarding the Licensed Materials and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
